Punisher invincible endurance buff

Many times his endurance buff doesn't shows up under his buff bar (only when fighting against him)

    So it was working for you and didn't show up? Or it just isn't working for you? If that's the case, raise his sig level. But, even at Sig 99 its still only a 85% chance to proc.

    No no, Its not about using him but fighting against him, whenever I fight him and his sig kicks in, it doesn't shows up under his buff bar but he takes zero damage.

    I rarely die but his sig never kicks hin whenever I am using him lol I should have added some more details to this thread

    That could possibly be a bug then, I know when I fight some champs they have a circle but nothing inside it. Maybe it'll be fixed in 14.0?
