So I've read few comics on Crossbones and yeh he is so powerful in the comics.
I hope we get that power in this contest as well.
First, Crossbone has a blade in his gaunlet. So the heavy attacks should really inflict bleed.
Next, Crossbones should introduce the RUTHLESS ability. The ruthless ability gives Crossbones the upper hand in any fight except against mutants. What it does is, every time Crossbones has more health and power than his opponent, he completely shuts down power gain, and ability accuracy. He also gets increased power gain and attack rating.
Crossbones should also enter a stage of unstoppable when in overrun.
Lastly, Crossbones should get some type of safe guard against champions that use missiles and guns. This is because Crossbones has enough endurance to tank bullets and missles.
This would make the character really fun to play. Hope we get some type of change to Crossbones

Also shutting down power and ability accuracy completely is not going to work, it's too much against 80% of the champs in the game
