    Well, I'm not sure insulting Kabam would help our cause...lol. Let's try to hope for the best. That's an idea...limiting it to certain types of buffs. Not bad at all. However, I'd still like to avoid the excessive power gain over all since many mystic champs already gain power or control power well.

    I'm not insulting anyone, I'm just stating facts based on my observation. There have been numerous posts about wanting the Dexterity trigerring MD over and over fixed, but Kabam has swept it under the rug, through cracks into a bin with Bases in it label Coming soon.

    Ok, thanks...because this discussion wasn't specifically based on the interaction of Dexterity and MD..I didn't look into that.

    The biggest problem with MD is Dexterity, so i just assumed. I dont really mind it otherwise, unless you play with champs like Groot or something. The plan was for War to be more open, so you can bring *any* champion you want, seeing as the old "meta" was SW/DS/Thor for attack, now the new meta is mystic champs for def and MD3+. If it was like I suggested, if it only fed off of Armor up, Cruelty and Fury for example, it would make it much more so that there is a way to play around it. You would still get punished for bringing a champion that triggers any of these buffs, but if you were to bring, let's say Vision who doesnt proc any buffs, and just evade the specials or attacks, you would not get punished. Just a cent.

    Also, your idea is intriguing, but I think that would impact even more champions. Let's take Vision again as an example. Say you're fighting boss Magik with MD5. Your goal is to keep her power bar at 0 so she can't limbo and have that healblock on for pretty much 24/7 if she gets above a bar and procs limbo (so that you can still go in, attack her and she wont heal back up). With Mystic Depletion (see, i gave it a brand new cool name and kept the initials :P ), you wouldn't have any bars to get off a special and proc the healblock/power drain.

    The only problem for me is that dexterity triggering critical buff each time you evade. If MD is only affected by just couple of buffs then it's completely useless and there is no fun part.
    All I'm asking is to change dexterity a little bit so that opponent do not get one bar of power just by 3 evades.

    I love it...Mystic Depletion...lol. Well, I suppose that's when you'd have to try to not use dexterity right? If you want to build power, you have to make sure not to use buffs. It would be hard against Magik if you lose your power and can't drain hers, for sure. There's certainly nothing that's going to be a perfect solution, but it's either that or dying to her SP3, and all of the mystic champions SP3. Either way...this does give me a bit more to think about with it. Thank you for the thoughts!

    This was a fun discussion when I had it last summer. I thought it might be fun to bring it up again for more discussion. I recommend reading the chain to see some really good discussion on the topic, but any fresh thoughts are welcome, too. I know not everyone has the time to fully read the chain.

    What i was thinking is that change dexterity a little bit. Right now each time we evade it refreshes that critical hit buff duration and stays on you for few seconds or until you land a hit on opponent. So what I'm suggesting is remove that refresh part, once you get critical buff on you it stays that until you land a hit.

    I did a post with the same suggestion, the biggest problem with MD is the dexterity buff which refreshes every time you evade.

    Yeah, DEX is a problem, but I wanted to see a bit more of an overhaul of it. Something that I felt was more fair, but I do feel that it is not appropriate to have it activate with a buff that comes from such an often used and critical mastery.
