    Good luck. Depends on what you’re looking for. If want idiots, then you type one sentence to try to sum up your alliance so you can appeal to illiterate morons. If you want educated players that know how to read and can pay attention to something for longer than 15-30 seconds, you type out a detailed description of your alliance and what you’re looking for.
