Marvel Insider

I've recently been trying to get marvel insider to work. I've made two separate accounts, and I've tried to connect my profile to each, but I never get any of the points I put in for, I'm just curious if there is something going on with my end or how my points and things aren't being connected. Any help is appreciated.

    You will have to go directly to Marvel for their support. Kabam does not provide any assistance for that aspect.

    If you are talking about points for completing content in MCOC, it takes a couple of weeks for those points to post to your account after you claim them.

    you don't have to have your insider acct linked to your kabam acct (mine is linked through FB) and when you redeem points for rewards just enter your in-game name EXACTLY as it appears in MCOC...i've never had a problem redeeming points/rewards..

    points for completing the beginner/normal/heroic of monthly event quests usually take a few weeks to add to your acct once the event ends, but points for watching the podcasts, or videos, etc., should add within a few minutes..

    I've purchased some bundles through having enough points in marvel insider, and got nothing, they deducted the points but never gave me anything that I bought. It's been a month now or longer... Every time I ask for help their reply is "we'll look into it", and never get back to me

    Yeah, sometimes they really do take a month or more to get to your account.

    Marvel has the worst customer service in my experience. I’ve posted lots of times about this. I’ve emailed them 3 times in the last 6-8 months with one reply that had about 3 sentences and almost a complete thought. They are worthless.

    I've had that response many times, but they usually end up telling me that Kabam has told them 'the items are in the summoner's account', and they get the support ticket closed through marvel.com.

    I just stopped using Insider rewards for this game, since they frequently don't show up, and I'm sick of wasting my time putting in support emails to them only to have kabam lie to them and say i've already got the items.

    As mentioned by others, Marvel Inside isn't handled by us and you will need to contact them directly for support involving them.
