Requires compensation. We need to be compensated for our investment in a failing product. There needs to be a standard compensation plan for these instances sent out once the game is back up. Can anyone help make constructive suggestions on this matter? I’m thinking revives and potions for loss of connection during gameplay. Shard contributions of some kind. Energy refill. Thanks

Maybe they will fix aw synergies for defense.
Why would they fix it during scheduled maintenance when the one and only goldpool arena is running right now? Come on now lol

Hey folks - I know this is INCREDIBLY frustrating, and we are continuing to look into it. I know a lot of people are asking about what we will do for the player base - right now we remain focused on getting the servers fixed. This is first. We will start talking about the other aspect of it once the game returns.
I also just want to dispel the rumor that this Emergency Maintenance is to implement a Fix for a Bug. Emergency Maintenance occurs when there is a game outage and the cause is being investigated/fixed, or a critical problem has occurred and the servers need to be brought down to prevent further issues.
We know this sucks. We don't want downtimes either. They're not fun, and nobody likes them. We're working to get the game back up and running ASAP.
