Sabretooth Synergies - Who to Rank Up?

Recently got a 4* Sabretooth, which is great because I already had Killmonger, Wolverine and Old Man Logan - all 4* at rank 4. To tick all his synergy boxes, I can either rank up Scarlet Witch or Magneto for the Decimation synergy. Both are 4*, rank 1 (haven't had the resources to rank them) and unduped. Who should I rank up? All opinions welcome.

    Scarlet Witch, there’s no question, magneto is just boring, even unduped you can get some good use from SW
