in Bugs and Known Issues
Hey everyone i paid 39.99 for 875 units a 4 star marvelous crystal another 4 star crystal and some extra fragments for the limited time offer and i haven't received anything in the game. Anyone ever experience any delays getting stuff or should it be instant and theres a problem

    Maybe its a glitch cause the limited offer just came out i really dony want to miss out on the 40$.

    Try restarting your game by completely closing out of it and then reopening it! If it still doesn't show, return to the main page of the game and click the gear icon in the upper left corner. From there, select 'Support' and they'll be able to help you out. :)

    I already contacted support i restarted my entire device 2 times. I logged out of the game and restarted it upwards of 5 times and nothing. I purchased a peter parkers wallet just to see what happened and i got all the items right away
