Awaken Corvus Glaive

I've had a 4* generic gem in my inventory for months.
I have most 4* awakened (every the very newest ones) and I pulled Corvus Glaive recently.
Is he worthy, or does he need awakening?

I have science and tech gems for void and IMIW

    No his sig is pretty useless, if the fight lasts longer than his charges he isn’t a good option, save it for a future champ
