My Champions become unresponsive in the middle of a combo! Can't Block and even the Pause button doesn't work! Lost my champs in War! I thought you guys fixed this with the new update! What is wrong with you guys? All we ask for is a Bug Free MCOC! Is that too much?

    Hey MCOC_Addict, I understand it can be frustrating when the game doesn't perform in the way you expect, and any issue which causes players to lose control of Champions in a fight is something that we want to resolve as quickly as possible. With that being said, others have also reported similar issues, and it is something that we are actively investigating and hoping to develop a solution for.

    In-game bugs don't help anyone, neither us or you! So, believe me when I say that we want a bug-free Contest as much as you do! We've found in the past that bugs such as this one can be linked to a specific device, carrier or Operating System and for that reason, we created two separate threads for the reporting of any performance related issues. This allows us to keep everyone's feedback in the same place and prevents the Forum from becoming cluttered with unnecessary discussions. Additionally, we ask that anyone wishing to give feedback and assist with our investigation into these issues provide the information outlined in our bug report template.

    Please take a moment to contribute to whichever discussion is relevant to you.
