Alliance quest tiers @kabam

My alliance ranked 91st in aq and when the new aq started we were still in the normal tier. Can you explain this lack of transition to me?

    Y'all are all-stars at conflict resolution. Could I get some actual help, or will you just continue to abuse the flag system?
