    We are still trying to decide what to do in our alliance and I’m torn between staying map 5 in case the map crystals pay out, and wanting to do a free map.

    This decision would be easier if kabam would make a clear statement about how they are handling this issue instead of saying, they will decide on compensation after the series.

    30 minute timers WOULD mean something to me IF Kabams original statement way back when stating 30 minute timers were a detriment to all players as being why it will never be implemented, And it was the result of a bug or glitch that happened when the game had been running PROBLEM FREE FOR A LONG PERIOD of time BUT IT ISNT.     Hmmmm sounds awfully similar to something I heard about diversity.

    SIMILAR BEING THAT EXPLANATIONS FOR BOTH SITUATIONS WERE BS AND CONTRADICT THEIR ORIGINAL STATEMENT.

    We are doing 5x5 because well we are hoping for the best but planning on the worst. I’m betting compensation for AQ won’t be much more than a free week... that seems to have been their previous fix for AQ issues.

    The best thing they could do is make all costs for this week's AQ zero and then next AQ start over with everyone in the right tier they should have been for this week. Rewards for this week are whatever you win playing and all the rank and milestone rewards you achieved the previous week plus all crystals for completing 100% everyday. Also make next week free entry

    Our alliance decided to go on as normal, which means that if they decide to be fair and basically reward you as normal, we are due all the glory plus the 9 map 5 crystals and 3 map 6 crystals we usually get as well as the normal rank rewards that we get.

    We planned on staying with the normal routine but got sabotaged by map 2 on day 2 so there goes all of our points. Already sent a ticket about it only to hear back that this case wasn't unique and they are being flooded with tickets about the same issue.

    An officer accidentally started map 2 when it defaulted and before we realized something was wrong, then came to the forums (instead of having something in game sent out like should have happened) and realized what a dumpster fire this week was. We have no idea if these maps are going to pay out the same compared to a regular week, we have no idea if the resources we're spending are gonna be given back, we don't know if our maps this week will determine position in a bracket or the new system, because WE DIDN'T GET ANY ANSWERS FOR OVER 2 DAYS NOW FROM KABAM. Over and over, people asked for just the tiniest hint of what we should be doing and got nothing. "Feel free to play the rest of the week" was the vague boilerplate answer. What does that mean? Feel free to drop down to lower maps since we already hit the **** milestones within the first few hours on map 2? Since we normally do map 5 all week, if we don't do it are we gonna be affected negatively? We're literally making this up for ourselves. Kabam really showed just how incompetent they are this week and especially this weekend. Now we definitely have confirmation that anyone important goes home and shuts their phones off, or just gets on forums to delete stuff. Hoping we finally hear something today

    Map 3. Rewards for doing 5x5 are pointless in normal bracket, so might as well take advantage of map3 to get some t1a’s..

    Wish we would get some communication on what happened with AQ and how next weeks ranking will be determined. Our alliance was one of the ones that magically dropped into normal tier. Do we waste our treasury to run Map 5? Will we be stuck in Normal again next week if we run Map2/3? No idea.

    Unfortunately several days in and they are still saying they have nothing to report. Unfortunately these extended periods of no communication followed by we don’t have anything we are willing to tell you about the time frame for a fix or compensation, or how AQ will be handled only furthers the frustration of the community
