    In my observation you would be best off watching out on global for a alliance that has just started and is wanting to take anyone that is active. You will have to get your account a lot higher befor picking a good alliance. I have found it’s is like a ladder and you will slowly take steps up as you get better and your roster grows. Long grind but worth it
