5* shards

Before the beginning of this week’s Aq, I’d approximately 12k 5* shards but after the update and Aq and Aw announcement with it, you guys just snatched all of my 5* crystal shards and 2 4* crystals too. I’d earned them with hard work and I request you all to look into your servers from last 7 days to see where the mistake happened and repay me my 5* 12k shards and 2 four star crystals. Also look if anything else went missing. My game id is Kunal0393 and I’m a regular user past 1 year, Enjoying the game so far but such a mistake is unacceptable, please look into the matter and see what can be done and also if you can pay a little extra for this created mess as I was troubled. Hoping to hear a positive response and getting back what I earned. Please repay me all Thank you

    I would recommend writing a ticket through In app support

    @Kp3003 this is ridiculous. People are losing shards,arena time and quests just to these servers. The game is going downhill instead of uphill. There is a patch coming up soon. Hopefully they fixed this soon enough.
