Changing alliance name and tag ID

The person who created my alliance had left us. I am now the new leader. Now my alliance wants a new name, but, the game won't allow me to change the name or tag. Why not add the option to do so?

Because Kabam has a lot of other stuff they need to work on before minor issues like this.

Hello,

If you are the Alliance leader, you can contact Support to request a name change. Reach out by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support" under the Account header.

Alliance Name/Tag changes will only be changed if the all of the following apply when contacting us:
* We are contacted by the current Alliance Leader
* The name(s) supplied does not violate our Terms of Service
* The name(s) supplied does not contain Marvel/Transformer intellectual property
* The name is not already being used
* The Alliance has not requested a name change in the past 90 days

Hello @Kabam Lyra, our Leader left our alliance and we want to change the alliance name because the current one has been decided by him. Is still possible to change the alliance name trough Kabam Support?

yes new leader can also request ti Kabam Support
