What if there is an 8M alliance with a rating of 1.1k and Silver 2 tier, would they go against ANY alliance in similar war rating or the total alliance rating would also have to be same?
So could an 8M alliance of war rating 1.1k silver 2 go against an alliance of 3.5m silver 2 AND 1.1 war rating as well?
