I just realized, everyone not able to add points today can add after their daily max resets...I guess if youre lucky like I am and mine does it in the middle of the night.
If you stop gaining pts when you reach max loyalty, can someone explain to me how 2 alliance mates of mine have more than 50 pts and others can’t gain any?
Because they had not provided helps before the event started, got their 1k loyalty through helps, then that reset for their account and they got 1k more loyalty.
Everyone's account is different as to when that 1k loyalty/help timer resets.
I'm not sure if this is a good or bad outcome from this event, but by displaying the points it highlights to the ally leadership who does or does not click the help button.
I'm in a fairly active ally and we always seem to have 100 helps queued up, but after the first 12hrs or so we've noticed that there's only 10 of us with points. Obviously not everyone has had the chance for their loyalty timer to reset yet, but I think it could be used as disciplinary justification for people not helping their ally...
It's hard enough to get people to press help 200 times... now you incentivise people to only do it one time a day, and if they already did it before the event, to forgo it completely.
Seriously... I want to know what kind of dip####s are designing this rubbish?
This is a terrible event Kabam! This screws those of us who helped early in the day?! Pointless.
Why? This quest is 24h long. When it will work after help timer reset, you will get yours point.
The key is the event pops up randomly and the help doesn't count after your limit is reached. So you either hold not helping any alliance member hoping for this event to pop or you help them too soon and reached your limits before the event starts.
If you have already earned 1000 loyalty, you will not earn any points for this event until your timer resets. Since the event is 24hours long, everyone should be able to contribute 50 points at the minimum.
The max milestone is only 1000 points. That means that you need 20 people to hit that button, assuming no duplicate. Doesn't sound difficult if your alliance is full.
On a side note, it's only 1.5k PHC shards. What's all the fuss about? I would be pissed if it were 1.5k 4/5 star shards.
So I've helped my alliance today after the even started and my loyalty was 0. Somehow I've managed to get my daily loyalty to 1000 but no points in the event. Please explain
hello! I just want to report the bug on my account. I cant join on daily event arena help even though i keep on clicking help on my alliance mates. I really want to receive the rewards. Guys please help.
I know it only registers points that you get loyalty for, mine resets at 9am everyday.
Since 9am I've done 200+ help requests for my alliance mates but it's only showing I have 50 points.
I believe you can only get 50 points per day as after 50 helps you max out your loyalty for the day. Thus means most people can only get 100 pts total through the event
@Kabam Miike I think the name of this daily event is misleading. It should be “loyalty gain” instead of alliance help. It actually penalise those who help their alliance even after their loyalty have been max out. Now people just stop helping people the day before alliance help event.
