Skilled player that's outgrown your ally or veteran that's burned out from the grind?

[W_U] Women United (the alliance name is misleading, we are a group of guys and gals) - 5 million alliance
We recently merged with another alliance and are currently looking to replace several members that are retiring, aren't active or unfortunately are not at a certain skill level for the direction we are trying to go to.
For AQ, we are currently running Map 4 and planning to run Map 5 at least once early in the week when we have the right players for our group. After running Map 3 a few times since the new season of AQ started, we've decided its not worth doing, even though its free. For those that are concerned about donations, you pretty much get back what you donated after completing each day.
We play AW whenever its available and always do 3 battlegroups so no one has to sit out. We are hovering at Tier 7-9 and obviously want to get over the hump to stay in Tier 7 and higher.
We don't place minimums on any Alliance Events because we all play pretty consistently and we reach all the milestones anyway. The only event we do not complete is the arena event since everyone doesn't like to grind the arena. Also we reach the minimum in SA everytime, so no need to save crystals every other week.
Overall, we are just a group of people that enjoy this game and get along without any drama/nonsense. We have a lot of skilled players that have a completed all the hard content (not including LOL.....for now) and are very helpful for anyone that has questions. Majority of us are in the US and have a handful of European players. So we are accustomed to the time zone differences.
So if you are a newer/skilled player that wants to keep progressing/grow your roster or a veteran that is burned out from the prestige race but still want to have fun in the game, this is the alliance for you. A high player rating is nice, but we focus more on skill because if you play enough, you're player rating will be increasing anyway.

One last thing, the only "must" our alliance has is that you use the LINE app since that's where we communicate/coordinate everything.
