Can't claim duel credits in stash

I used my 5 free duels and cannot claim any of the 17 duel credits in my stash. As you can see in the screenshots I'm out of the credits and the option is greyed out in the stash to claim any.

I filled out a ticket in game but the 5 or 6 different people that responded have been absolutely useless with their responses telling me where I can go to start a duel and telling me I can use units.

    Duel credits are used once you’ve used up your 5 free daily duels. Just keep dueling. You’ll use up the one’s in your inventory and then the game will charge you 5 credits for additional duels after.

    The rest is self explanatory.
