Hulk Ragnarok Basic Arena Cutoff?

So I'm grinding the basic arena right now for Hulk Ragnarok, but I'm afraid he'll go for too high and I'll waste my time. Do any of you more experienced arena folk have a good guess as to what the cutoff will be for him?

    I had 3.6 mil and i got himydfhanpb7nh0.jpg

    A friend of mine had 2.8mil and he didn't got him

    It was about 3.3 million

    I did a little over 3.1 and got him.

    I did 4.6, a little overkill I guess. I don't do arena very often, so I tend to go overboard when I do.

    I did 3.2m and got him. I guess 3m was the cutoff.
