    Hood and MS are both great choices. Hood may have a smidge more utility... but it's a coin flip for me.

    Oops didn't see that. Go for morningstar. I take my duped 4/40 in map4 and after taking out a whole path using her, there's an angela there giving out free regen. I can go from 20% to almost max health.

    Duped Morningstar is MVP for 5.2.4 Caltrops lane if you haven't done it yet.

    No I haven't gone that route yet, I also have a duped 4/40 Angela I've been debating on taking to 5/50.

    I would use it on scarlett witch or save i for her - best mystic 4* imo. If you needed to use on one of currents i would use it on morning star. After you have won several fights with her she i a great champ with cool utility.
