Unfortunately this isn’t the only issue that has popped up since the update yesterday so they have a lot to figure out. I’ve had issues with the game freezing after 30-40 minutes of play as well as the missing rewards

In all fairness to the OP about a repeat thread, the issue has not been addressed or resolved so why get on his case? Seems there is another entity that is culpable.
It would be nice of the mods to chime in here. A little info goes a long way, instead of everyone being left in the dark about this. It's been nearly 24 hours since the arena ended.
To give you all a small update here, it looks like there was an issue that's actually slowing down the distribution of Rank Rewards for a number of events. We're currently working on this, but this might take some time. The Arena rewards are also on this list, but not at the top, so it will have to wait until all of the other events that are backed up have paid out as well.

Unless you are uncollected phc shards are valuable.
