Never received alliance season rewards last war

in Bugs and Known Issues
Seems that a couple of members of my alliance received season rewards upon completion of last war, others haven’t. Myself included. Please remedy this promptly.

    When did you join the alliance. Also season rewards should have been issued a month ago

    Over a month now. Never received season 2 rewards.

    How many wars were you in for that alliance during the season

    Either all of them, or mass majority.

    You have to participate in 5 wars in a particular alliance to receive season rewards

    Was even within top 3 MVP for many of them

    So if you leave your alliance with 4 wars left in the season and join a new one you cannot receive rewards for that season

    Season 2 ended late June so you probably messed up your timings

    Nothing aw based. They delayed it because of overheating issues

    No season 2 ended in June and season 3 started a few days ago

    How are people so confused about this still. If we are in seasons there is a seasons tab in war. When not in seasons, there isn't any tab.

    The war season ended on June 26th, and you needed to be in the same alliance before than with 5 wars without leaving and without being kicked which resets your tally.

    If either before that then you get nothing and their is nothing anyone can do to help you, but if you were in one during that period and yoy did 5 wars then you already got them

    The wars after that up to the 1st did not count due to the fact they delayed them due to the 19.0 debacle, it's really not that hard to understand.
