Veteran summoner bundle purchase did not work [Not A Bug]

Hello,

I purchased the tier 4 class catalyst bundle for 4,000 credits but I did not receive the catalysts or have the credits removed from my account. This was part of the veterans summoner bundle and I purchased units to buy the third level as well but never received the offer. Please restore the offer to my account to fix this error. As you can see I spent real money yesterday to pay for the veterans summoner bundle but the game incorrectly did not credit my account. Thank you.
