I am missing 2600 in glory. My alliance received the rank rewards for AQ and the game stated I had too much glory and that I needed to go to the store and spend some to collect the reward. Once I purchased something, I went back and the glory was gone (I received the map 5 & 6 crystals though)

We can't help with account or item issues on the forums, but you can reach out to support and they can investigate the issue for you. You can reach them by going to the gear icon in game and clicking "Support" under the Account header.
