Your advice: Which 4* champ to dup

Just finished chapter 4 (100%) and got my needed addition for my team(synergie) in Thor. Also can dup one champ but i can not make a choice between Thor, Dr. Strange or Black Panther (regular).

Which would you advice?

Also keep in mind i am using the following team:
Hulk
Strange
Thor
WarMachine
Hawkeye

    Cant go wrong with Thor, DS is definitely not like he used to be and BP just an ehh champ.
