Still cant get in but its saying my champs are in. Really wanted that 20% boost aswell I done the same as most people I joined got the network error then closed the app and even now this morning it's still coming up spectate I'm using android Samsung galaxy s9.
I'm guessing at this point they will just let this quest expire and day 2 should be back to normal. The question is how will all the applicable rewards be issued. Obviously milestones, rank rewards, map crystals, gold, bc, basic frags, cc frag crystals, event rewards (boosts), etc. have all been effected.

They'll get it sorted. The important thing for the community to do is to communicate effectively until fixed to make sure they're fully aware of any or no changes until a fix is pushed. As of 6:00 AM EST, still no change.
Two weeks in a row, AQ rank rewards, prestige, milestone rewards etc all affected by issues out of our control. Poor communication. Losing interest fast. 8am EST, still only able to spectate. Missing half our alliance in AQ, ppl ready to quit. Getting tired of having to swallow the effects of these issues.
Kabam, you should have plenty of practice handling problems by now. This is pretty simple.. start aq over fresh today. It’s the only possible move you could make to save face because, let’s face it, you’ve never handed things particularly well when it comes to compensating for your mistakes.
I'm having trouble figuring why I keep devoting time to this game anymore...it's usually the casino effect of spinning crystals and the rush of getting something new...but at this point just trying to play the basic function of the game is like spinning a PHC...all anticipation and more often than not disappointment.
I have a good size account, have decent time and even some $ invested atthis point. I used to think that I was beyond the point of just walking away. That opinion is really starting to change now though ... There are lots of other games now, and those ones from what I can tell don't all seem to be riddled with forums talking about emergency maintenance, server issues or coding issues.
You guys at Kabam have a large player base, but our patience really is starting to run out... You need to make this game work again and make it fun again, and soon. Or you will lose our base, and you will lose your source of income. Having the MCU as your ticket to your customers will only go so far. Strike Force is starting to look appealing right now.
Having zero communication from Kabam about this issue is extremely frustrating. Not only are you screwing me over on rewards from AQ and from rewards from the Alliance Brawl event, but you are screwing over my entire alliance of hard earned rank rewards. This is unacceptable that there has been no communication other than “we pushed a fix” when it clearly isn’t.
At this stage the better just restart AQ week today as well as alliance brawl 24 event since boosts from that are relied upon for AW season. Was hoping it would be fixed when I woke up but still broke. All our BGs are stuck in section 1 since each BG missing several people. However, there has been no communication of potential fix or plans to adjust this AQ week.
I tried joining AQ yesterday, selected heroes... afterward the game reset. Now I cant join... only spectate. This happened to other alliance members as well, however most have got on by now. I have restarted game and phone several times.
Please advise how to fix this issue... @Kabam Miike or others.

Delete game, re-download game - can only spectate.
Log out of game, log back in - can only spectate.
Champs show that they are locked in AQ.
Affects 8 members in my alliance.
I can't receive event rewards because i haven't fought in the quest.
Our whole alliance point total will suffer with lower score at the end of the week thus affecting total ranking and rewards bracket.
Even if you allow everyone to join now its still going to be less rewards without compensation for what we've lost by not being able to jump in when quest was started.
Why has it been 19 hours and no communication from Kabam??? I submitted a ticket and got the generic response of "We are currently experiencing a large number of contacts regarding this specific issue, and so we may be unable to answer you individually. With that being said we did want to let you know that we are currently investigating your concern. As soon as we have an update you will be among the first to know" that was 12 hours ago. How hard is it to acknowledge the problem? How is this not even a pinned post so we can come in and check the progress? How hard is it to come in every couple of hours with a "Hey we still don't know how to fix this but the team is still working on it"???
A lack of response of any sort by Kabam is infuriating. We WANT to play your game, we WANT to keep you employed to keep producing new content, we WANT to enjoy the game as intended.
How is this acceptable for a company?

I hope you guys realize we don’t care so much about knowing it’s being investigated. That’s obvious & we hear that every time. What we’d like is to know what’s going to be done about it now that the entire round of aq is shot. Will this round be restarted? Will it continue & basically “too bad” if you’re not ranked where you should be? It’s the same old, same old. Kabam screws up, shows no transparency about how it’s going to be rectified & the players/customers suffer from errors beyond their control. After the countless technical errors & sometimes flat out poor decisions this game has suffered, it’s baffling that Kabam doesn’t have a clue how to keep it’s customers happy. Just once you should try to do the right thing. No wishy washy BS, no leaving us hanging not knowing what we should do, just a straight up & quick response... you might be surprised at how our views of Kabam could change for the better if this was ever done.
It's been almost an entire day now with no change and it looks like those locked out will remain locked at and get screwed out of a map of aq and the event which freaking sucks.

Kabam closed out my support ticket and said it was resolved. I went as far as removing the app from my phone just to be sure they can't tell me I didn't try everything.
Lol kabam you took almost a day to fix it and made us miss out on the alliance brawl event and literally only giving us and hour and a half of aq time whoo.
If you were experiencing the issue, please try again to enter the Alliance Quest. It should be working now, but if you are still having issues please let us know.

We should just restart AQ today - the points are all skewed. Half of my ally can’t get in including me.
