How do I sign up without having to restart?

I tried to sign up into a kabam account for the game today. But for some reason, when I signed up it brought me into the logging in screen. Then I started to worry and it made me do the tutorial over again. Thankfully I was able to log out and get my stuff back. But I would like some help to sign up and keep my progress so I could save it as I go through. Please help me out if you can.

    You should be signed-in on either Game centre or Google Play. Do not sign out.

    Then create Kabam account as if like new and click continue with game.

    I think your Kabam email account (which took you to tutorial) cannot be re-used. You need another email ID.

    I had the same problem when I joined the game. You joined and created an account under the game center rather than through kabam, which is fine, but it does mean you won't be able to link up your account with kabam and if your device ever dies it's gone.

    You will need to contact support about account help. They are able to transfer account information in these situations. The way it worked when I had to do it, they told me to make a new account, then email them the new name. Once that was done, they were able to transfer my old account to the new one that was linked. This will all be done through the email ticket that is sent to you after contacting them. It may take a few days to get everything situated so be prepared, it won't be a 5 minute thing. It's worth getting it transferred, just in case something happens to your device.

    So basically i have a kabam id whenever i logon to it the game restarts how do i make a kabam id which will link to my account
