Cable heavy attack degeneration Issues

While using my 3/30 sig40 cable vs awakened Hawkeye in the sentinel arena, the heavy attack degeneration only did 7 damage per tick, while his info says he can do up to 2644 over 15 seconds, which should be around 176 dps, even though it scales inverse to power he was almost 3 bars of power. I used the heavy attack 3 times during the fight, once at the beginning, once shown in the pic, and once after the sp2 and got the same result (with the sp2, it did ~55 damage per tick from incinerate and stayed the same after the heavy was inflicted.

    If you read the second line of the profile, it says that the strength of Degen scales inverse of your opponent's current power. The screen shot shows the opponent is nearly at full power. Meaning he won't suffer as much degen.

    At 0 power he should do 88 damage per tick with his heavy degen and yeah it's based on hawkeyes current power so that photo looks about right

    As said above, you want to hit him with a heavy when he has as little power as possible to get max damage, not when he is full power.

    Sorry y’all, forgot what the word inverse meant for a while. Been awake probably too long lol

    Simple mistake - could happen to anyone.

    You just need to remember to try and open with Parry-stun-heavy, then avoid using it again till after baiting out their specials
