Summoned appreciation

I got the summoned appreciation gift but I claimed it because I didn't know what the box was for because so didn't read it and now I have no summoned appreciation gift can anybody help

    They said if you go on it it should give you the option like 5 minutes ago but still nothing

    Cheers mate I'm sort of a new player in level 35 and those 5 star shards would really get me higher and get me to 7 thousand shards
