Does The "Skill Domination" Synergy Stack?

Imagine a *Max Signature Ability Level 6 Star Hawkeye* on a team with a 6 Star, 5 Star, 4 Star, and 3 Star Black Panther Civil War... That'd be +95% Bleed Damage (or +100% Bleed Damage if the 6 Star BPCW had a Level 4 of Skill Domination)!

Just tested it. It does stack, though I believe that it’s subject to diminishing returns. So not 185% but like 135% or something. (Don’t want to do the math right now)

Hello -- can you help me with something?

I know I should know this, and I've been around since Week 1, but I have never quite understood Diminishing Returns. I know when it came, but other than that, I honestly don't understand how it works or when it is in play, how it interacts with characters.

I'm about to hit Search. But if you know of a really simple explanation, could you help?

Well there r two diminishing returns ... one is Kabams and the other one is just a general term for multiplicative chances. For example, crossbones furies. If he has 5 furies and each reduces AAR by 20%, then 5 of them reduces it by 1 - (0.8^5) = 67.2% .. as you can see each additional fury gives less and less return than the previous one. This is diminishing return in pure sense ... now u can ask someone else for the kabam DR that they introduced in 12.0

Basically if you have a 50% chance to proc something and a synergy or whatnot increases it by 50%, that means that the chance to proc is now 75% not 100%. If you increase it by 50% again, it will be a 87.5% chance to proc. Basically the increases are only of the percent that it’s missing out of 100. @ESF
