Last Wednesday I bought a carbonadium mastery core costing 550 units, the game took my units and didn’t give me a core. What can I do?

    Oh, that’s normal. When you buy things in the game, you have a 50% chance to actually receive what you paid for.
    It’s in the small print.

    Just happened to me trying to purchase T4 basic shards in the Glory store. Glory disappears, no new shards. Funnnnn...

    Put in a support ticket. Crossing my fingers but given the way the game has been lately it's hard to have a lot of faith.
