When mastery reset cost going to zero that told in announcement by moderators?

Did I misread something
"For the week following September 11th, Mystic Mastery Cores will be available in the Loyalty and Mastery store, and there will be no cost to rank up your Masteries!"
ie from the 11th and for a week there will be no cost for rank up
I guess its 5th
