I had Phoenix 4* and thought I sold my 3*. Is it possible to get her back

    Yes it is. Send a ticket to kabam. They will restore your champ as long as you still have the resources you got from the sell. Meaning all iso-8 gold and 5* shards.
    I've done this 3 times already.

    And why are you selling champs? Good luck in getting Phoenix back, but you have only yourself to blame for that error. Never sell champs, period.
