Who are Prestige Monsters?

So, I was just wondering, who are the champs that provide the most prestige? I know Mordo is a very well known example, but are there any others?

I'm surprised to see Mordo's not very high on that list.
He's still high on the list for 4* champs, but 5* champs scale differently. Also, most of the champs above him on the 5* list are newer champs that were released after Mordo and surpassed him in prestige.
