When is OG Vision coming back?

I have recently 100% Act 4 and got a 4* Generic Awakening Gem, I never bought units for him or anything and I am planning on buying him when he comes out, I’m willing to save it for 6 months but if it is longer than that, I’m gonna use it...

    I bought him as a 4 star, then I got the aou version which I think is better. I got both sitting at rank 3 and I never use either of them. Kinda feel like I wasted a 100 bucks. Buyers remorse I guess.
