Mystic Dispersion - question for experienced players

I have never had MD, so I have no experience of how good it was before the revamp. However, since we can redo our masteries for free this week, I’m wondering how useful it really is. Would you recommend it to me after the nerf?

    I think it depends on how heavily you rely on Mystic champions. A lot of people had MD for AW defense. That is not so much a factor any longer. I am debating whether to use my points elsewhere personally...

    They change was that dexterity doesn’t replace the precision buff every time you use it. That would constantly trigger MD in AW on no stun nodes. Now it only triggers when the buff goes away which is basically how it functioned in the past. It was more of a change to dexterity than MD in my opinion.

    Ok so they paid out Mystic D, and I didn't get what I paid for it. I paid units only for lvl 2 and 3 cause wasn't in a alliance to earn loyalty. So what do they do? They give me 450 units and 160,000 loyalty! That's total BS. This proves they have no clue how to research what people spend or that they too lazy too. Hope that you are gonna just respend it on MD again. Well guess what Kabam not gonna cause it's not worth it anymore.

    not only that, but also say medusa autoblock now doesn't give power, a champ like starlord refreshing his fury doesn't give power, so it's significantly nerfed actually

    i am using the hood for me i am running L5 MD , for hood i need to spam sp2 more aften and this will nuliffy any buff active and he can reduse ability with it , that is for me
    it really useful

    450 units means 15 mystic cores
    160,000 loyalty means 20 mystic cores.

    In total you got 35 cores refunded.

    MD level 1 needs 5
    Level 2 needs 10
    Level 3 needs 20
    So in total 35 cores.

    You got the correct amount. Things like these we can't remember when we invested with which currency. You got exact amount. Nothing to feel bad about.

    I had it at 4/5 before and took it right back up to level 4 because as mentioned above, it depends on which champs you use. I use 5/50 hood and magik a lot on my questing teams or aq and so the new changes don't really affect it at all as stagger, hex, and nullify all will still gain the normal amount of power. But if you only use mystics on md, then maybe not but that's up to you.

    If you use one of the Mystics (GR, Magik, DV, Hood, MS, SW) for attack it's 100% worth to unlock to at least level 3. If you use any of top Mystic defenders (Dorm, Magik, MS, Juggs, Meph) it's debatable on if you should get it. I wouldn't worry about D right now and get it if you use those attackers.
