I see something in the rewards tab as Potential Rewards. Please tell me how I can attain the Potential Rewards

    Is a rare drop. You don't have to do anything specific to get it.
    But it's really rare and you should not ever expect to get it.

    It’s just a random drop. There’s nothing you can do to increase your chances of getting it. They’re about as rare as A 4* from a PHC.

    It's random whether you get it or not. There is nothing you can do to get them besides win the fight and hope that you are given them.

    Guaranteed rewards - something you will get after finish the fight.
    Potencialrewards - something you may get when finishing a fight. Is not guaranteed, just a chance for you to drop it

    Well, I wouldn't say it's that rare. I've pulled a fair number of 4*s from PHCs, but I've only ever gotten a PHC from potential awards once.
