    Yeah hes pretty good for it. Spam his level 1.

    the only thing I would add to the above is you have to time the special 1 so that the heal block applies during the cooldown timer and before it runs out. Otherwise his heal block debuff will be removed and they will regen

    Ok. Will he be fine for it at 4/40 or should i wait to get him to 5/50 before going for it?

    They can apply while they are on cooldown
