    The damage reduction could go higher. He may not be a perfect Corvus counter, but it would make him interesting.

    That crazy Guillotine from UC a while back for example. Would’ve made him a great option.

    I enjoy champs having unique abilities, and this one seems to make sense for him.

    I’d like to have some form of utility. Honestly, anti evasion would suit best.

    I don’t understand how venom gets it and carnage doesn’t.

    After the buff it just seems carnage is 100% DPS.

    I want a reason to rank him over Hyperion/Medusa/Corvus.

    Carnage is a serial killer. I think he should have a ramp up mechanic based on the nature of his kills. I'm open to ideas, but off the top of my head something like this:
    End fight w/SP1...30% fury the entire next fight.
    End fight w/SP2... Bleeds last .75 seconds longer
    End fight w/SP3...Symbiote become debuff immune the next fight.

    Just an idea but it seems fun and in line with the character.
