Road to the Labrynth help

How stacked should my roster be to complete the Road to the Labrythh?

I’m on Chapter 3, Part 1 and my squad of two 4 Star, Rank 4 and three 4 Star, Rank 3 champions isn’t cutting it. Suggestions? For those of you who completed it, what did your squad look like?

Keep grinding it out. If you don't want to use items, you'll want at least 4* maxed and a team to deal with the specific buffs that occur in the later part of RTL. The intensity keeps ramping up and 4 is much harder than chapter 3.

No need to rush and the rewards aren't super great so not worth using items / units to push through it. Just pace yourself with your current roster and try more as it continues to grow.

You’re going to want specific champs unfortunately. You’re going to want an AAR champ like BW, Elektra, Falcon, or more ideally Crossbones for Chapter 4. For chapter 3 focus on champs with damage over time debuffs like Black Panther, Wolverine, DV, etc. there are some immunity nodes like OG DP where you will just have to fight it out. YJ/Wasp is super useful for safeguard too as power sting is not subject to the 1% damage cap.

Chapter 3 was a pain but CrossBone helps a lot. Something about him being able to bypass safeguard(?) made that chapter easier. Personally, I’ve been doing fine with maxed out 4*. I’m currently 4.4 and I’ve been using maxed out 4* wolverine helps, AA helps, ice man, blade, and sparky all helps but most important SW helps

4.4 took me a while to get thru. You either need crossbones because none of his attacks are critical so you dont die from spiked armor damage. Or you need either a heavy bleeder like arcangel or a super regen champ like wolverine. Heard black widow duped works with her subtley but did not have her to confirm it. I got to thanos first run thru but had to back out because of lack of revives and health. Eventually beat it. And totally agree that rewards are badly in need of upgrade.

Elektra and CB can be very useful throughout RTTL.

For chapter three, Safeguard is the biggest obstacle - you'll want a few really good Ability Accuracy reducing champs as mentioned; alternately DoT is the best approach. Power Control and baiting attacks is vital.
AAR - Black Widow, Crossbones, Falcon, Electra, Quake, Awakened Psylocke

You'll want to do your research on forums and YouTube. There's a handy guide of who is where, here: http://mcoc-guide.blogspot.com/2018/01/road-to-labyrinth-rottl-guide-marvel.html?m=1

There's a Red Deadpool in 3/5 who is an absolute killer because he's immune to everything, and regenerates permanently based on his power. You'll find forum threads purely about beating him!

AAR is one way past him; or alternately using a passive power control champion like Dormammu (MM, repeat) or an Awakened Psylocke. If you've got her (grind if she comes up in the arenas), Psylocke can power lock permanently at zero power, which dramatically reduces his regeneration; and if Awakened she can bypass Safeguard through AAR. Get really good with her, and she can cut through just about anyone in RTTL who doesn't have a power gain effect.
