4*s from Phcs

Does anyone else just get 4*s from phcs? I've gotten a grand total of 5 from them. One having been obtained before the 4% dropped to 2%. Every now and then I'll just get two 4*s from phcs. One usually being fully formed and the other from a shard one. Just curious, thanks for your input.

    Yes, I got a 4* Doc Oc a couple of days ago, which was beyond awesome, since I duped the one I already had!

    I've been playing this game for 4 months. Got three 4* from phc so far, Guillotine, Stark Spidey and Daredevil original.

    The last 4* I got from a PHC was blade I think. That was a couple of months back.

    For any curious who I've gotten, (my first 4*) Angela, duped Guillotine, Kamala, OG Spidey, and Psylocke.

    My first 4* was from PHC and my latest too. Actually, I am happy if the 3* drop rates is higher.
