Using 2 Phones to login the same Account

If someone using 2 Phones to login the same account , 1 phone is a main & other phone if the main phone switched off.

Is that against TOS ? Is that considering as piloting ??

We got punished from P1 Rank 7 to P3 Rank 24 & war rating dropped because one player using 2 phones , he joined us in last war only (war #6)

Is that fair ???

That probably wasn't the reason that happened. Someone in your alliance must have logged in someone else's account

But the guy who got banned played with us whole season 3 , and he was on break after season 3& just back few days ago & joined with us last war

Can you imagine the efforts, time, boosts, units spent from 29 players has been wasted like that ??
