When do summoner names become available?

Hi, I recently changed my name on my main account and was hoping to use the old name on my second account, but it says that the name is still taken. I was wondering when the old name will become available for the second account to use?

    As I have just learned myself from Kabam Lyra, it takes 30 days. This is in case you want your old name back.
