Where to spend t2a and t5b

I've got 10 t2a sitting in my inventory and I'm about 2 months away from 2 t5b. I already have a 5* Hyperion, Magik and Iceman (all unduped unfortunately) at rank 4.
I'm thinking I should rank up another 5* to rank 4 and then save the rest of my t2a for a 5* Rank 5. Based on that I have two questions to help me plan resource spending:
1. Is Hyperion, Magik or Iceman worth the rank 5 or should I wait and see if I pull something like Blade or Spidey SE.
2. Is Quake (unduped) or kill monger (unduped) worth rank 4 or should I wait and see if I find someone else. I know a lot of people like Quake, but I find I play her very inconsistently. Kill Monger on the other hand has been really handy with his true strike vs the likes of Medusa, Night Crawler, the spiders, etc.
It seems like t2a are a little easier to come by now, but I'm always a bit nervous about using them. I've already done first run of act 5. So, the only big source of t2a that I haven't tapped is Labyrinth of Legends, which I feel is a ways off for a first run, as I usually only have enough units and potions to finish uncollected each month.

I am in somewhat similar position, have almost 12 t2a - seems like they are coming faster now, so it's ok to r4 someone you like, but t5b are still very rare. so I'd probably r2 any decent 6* over any 5* champ. r2 ghost would be so great... wish I'd have her
for defance - definitely. for attack - I don't know how his sp1 would work on medusa's autoblock, but think she should consume furies trying to autoblock but imiw should ignore it if sp1 unblockable. I'd take imiw over km, unless you suffer a lot fighting evade champs
I have yellow jacket and juggernaut unduped as my 6* so nothing special.
