Evading while stunned?

Did I miss something or do defenders evade while stunned now?

    Spidermans, NC, anyone who evades. Parry isnt over and they're evading.

    I've noticed several champs coming out of stun before the timer is off. Not just evade champs. Also charging in and getting hit by specials when my champ should have already made contact and avoided being hit by those special attacks. My special attacks being blocked constantly, even when my timing wasn't wrong....and the list goes on.

    Yeah, it some that the last 10% of the stun they are able to evade and activate a SP as well. Been going on for a while but it is what it is
