Pick 1 champ use for an endless wave of fighters..
1. No boosts available
2. Different difficulty brackets for 4,5,and 6* champs
- possible defender increase difficulty per fight.
3. Increasing rewards for number of k.o's

yeah, i cant count the amount of times i got screwed and had my best teams locked because a guy couldnt make it past 2 defenders

Taking the op's concept and improving upon it considerably imo.
Doing the above would create a more even playing field as everyone would be using a champ from the same pool.
I like that it could give some the chance to play with a champ they might not have. Alternatively it would push other people into using champs outside of their comfort zones. Doing so could make some discover some benefit into using these less desirable champs on occasion. At the very least using a champ will help understand how they work and develop skill in countering them as an opponent.
I'd also like if it was possible to implement a separation of entries for ios and android users respectively. Outside of skill and masteries the operating system is the biggest gulf between players. There's no disputing ios has considerably faster loads than android across the board. Leaving perhaps only device and masteries as other factors, outside of the main one being skill using the champ
Theres's already lots of content open to veterans like myself to obtain end game materials therefore I think rewards could be small and geared more to early / mid game players. It would help showcase champs to those newer summoners, this would help them develop skills and help influence who they want to invest in later.
A daily table with the prizes for the top 100 or something and perhaps a statistic for how many times you've placed in top 100.
Whilst prizes might not be desirable for end game players the statistic of how many prize finishes could be a bragging right at the very least and maybe an indication to others of the skill level they possess. I'm sure I'm not alone in coming across "veterans" with stacked rosters who cant play for #@#£.
Also, each day should have a different node theme, so you don't end up with ridiculous combination of nodes on each fight. For example Monday- Masochism, pessimist, 50% power gain Tuesday - Buffet, Optimist, 100% recovery etc
Yup, prizes is one thing I didn't look into because since anyone could get them with enough skill, there's gonna be a lot of whining from people. So that would need to be looked at carefully.
