3 extremely active players looking for a better alliance

Hey!
My friends and I are looking for a new alliance. My IGN is JarHead39, and my two buddies are grapesarepeople and Garold580. I'm 110k and they're 71k and 170k respectively. While we aren't quite at a high hero rating, we are super active. My 70k buddy has pulled a 4* Dormammu and a duped 4* Green Goblin, and is much better than his Rating claims. We are looking to find a better alliance as we are the most active members in ours and made it to Silver II basically ourselves, we want to find an alliance full of other active people so we can improve.
