    It should only be the bleed champs, which is a lot. I'm hoping all the other DOT types are not as affected. This effort was a no doubt way to indirectly nerf blade, KM, Cap IW, Sabre, and others. Kabam just thinks they're hiding it. They just boosted Carnage and Venom, only to encourage summoners to dump their resources in them. Now, surprise surprise. This is plain and simple a money grab. Kabam doesn't sell as many pots as War was intended to. This is a way to nerf the coveted offensive players to promote spending. We'll see another nerf in a few more seasons.

    So basically "none" are affected, well is gonna be a bummer season with harder fights but the same halved rewards

    Ye it only affects the bleed champs should have been more clear but still they’re trying to diversify the aq attack by getting rid of 46 champs abilities
