    You can always write support and ask them to transfer leadership to you

    Your leader isn't committed. Take the good committed members and walk away. Find a place to merge with or start your own.

    Hello,

    If your Alliance leader has gone inactive, our Support team can help, but only if the situation meets the requirements below. If so, you can reach out to them by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support."

    The criteria to transfer are as follows:
    * The Alliance's current leader has been inactive for 30 days or more
    * Or, has been temporarily banned for 30 days
    * Or, has been permanently banned from the game

    The new leader will be selected from the group who meets the following conditions:
    * The member has been active in the past 30 days
    * The member is the highest ranking active member of the Alliance (Officer, for example)
    * If there are multiple players with the same highest rank, then leadership will be passed to the oldest, active member of the Alliance.
